Unfortunately we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or have been sent to you in error.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, via email as soon as possible to arrange a suitable remedy. In your email please include a detailed description of the issue, a photo of the product fault, your order name and order number.

Please note that you are required to inform us of any fault with the goods in the period from delivery until the fault or problem would reasonably be expected to appear.
